Valtrixa Infotech

Communication solutions that actually reach the handset

Bulk and transactional SMS, WhatsApp Business API, voice and IVR, RCS and high-priority OTP delivery — on DLT-registered routes with reporting you can audit.

Communication solutions

Five channels, one messaging platform

Whether you are sending a one-time password, running a festive campaign or answering ten thousand inbound calls, it runs through the same platform, the same reporting and the same support desk.

SMS services

Transactional and promotional SMS on DLT-registered routes across all major Indian operators. We handle the parts most teams find painful: DLT principal entity registration, sender ID approval and content template registration, so your first campaign is not held up for three weeks by paperwork.

  • Transactional, promotional and service-explicit SMS
  • Sender ID and DLT template management
  • Unicode and regional language messaging
  • Scheduled and drip campaigns
  • Per-message delivery reports with failure reasons
  • REST API, SMPP and bulk panel access

Voice call and IVR services

Automated voice calls and interactive voice response flows that route callers to the right place without a queue. Use it for outbound reminders, payment follow-ups, feedback surveys and multi-level inbound menus. Flows are configured visually, so operations can change a menu without raising an engineering ticket.

  • Multi-level IVR menus with DTMF input
  • Outbound voice broadcast and reminder calls
  • Click-to-call and number masking
  • Text-to-speech in Indian languages
  • Call recording, disposition and analytics
  • Virtual numbers and toll-free numbers

RCS services

Rich Communication Services turns a plain SMS into a branded message with your logo, verified sender badge, images, carousels and tappable buttons — inside the default messaging app on Android. Because the sender is verified, RCS gets read where an unbranded SMS gets ignored.

  • Verified sender profile with your brand
  • Rich cards, carousels and suggested replies
  • Read receipts and typing indicators
  • Automatic SMS fallback for unsupported handsets
  • Campaign-level engagement analytics

WhatsApp Business services

Official WhatsApp Business API access with a verified green-tick profile, template message approval and two-way conversation support. We prepare the Meta business verification submission to avoid the rejections that stall most first-time applicants, and connect the number to your CRM or chatbot.

  • Official WhatsApp Business API access
  • Green-tick business verification support
  • Template creation and approval management
  • Two-way messaging with agent handover
  • Media, buttons, lists and catalogue messages
  • Broadcast campaigns within policy limits

OTP services

One-time passwords on a dedicated high-priority route, because a login code that arrives two minutes late is a login code that failed. Multi-channel fallback means if SMS is delayed, the OTP goes out over voice or WhatsApp automatically rather than leaving the user stranded.

  • Dedicated high-priority OTP routing
  • SMS, voice and WhatsApp OTP with automatic fallback
  • Generation, validation and expiry handled by API
  • Retry throttling and abuse protection
  • Real-time delivery latency reporting

Questions

Communication solutions — frequently asked questions

What is DLT registration and do you help with it?

DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) registration is mandatory under TRAI rules before any business can send commercial SMS in India. You register your entity, your sender IDs and each content template. We guide you through all three, review your templates before submission to avoid rejection, and manage the ongoing additions as your campaigns change.

How long does WhatsApp Business API approval take?

Usually two to five working days. The variable is Meta business verification, which needs your legal entity documents to match your Facebook Business Manager details exactly. We check the submission before it goes in, which is where most first attempts fail.

Can we send messages in Hindi, Kannada or other regional languages?

Yes. SMS supports Unicode for all Indian scripts, WhatsApp and RCS handle regional languages natively, and IVR text-to-speech covers the major Indian languages.

What happens if an OTP does not get delivered?

Our OTP service uses multi-channel fallback. If the SMS is not delivered within your configured window, the same code goes out over voice call or WhatsApp automatically. You also see the failure reason in the delivery report so recurring problems can be traced.

Do you support SMPP or only REST API?

Both. High-volume senders typically prefer an SMPP bind for throughput; most teams use the REST API. A web panel is available for marketing users who need to send campaigns without developer involvement.

What is the difference between RCS and WhatsApp for business messaging?

RCS runs inside the default Android messaging app with no app install required and no per-conversation charge structure, but it is not available on iPhone. WhatsApp reaches both platforms and supports richer two-way conversation, but is priced per conversation and governed by Meta's template policies. Many customers use both.
